Filing a takedown notice
To submit a copyright infringement notice, please provide the following information in writing:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The specific link or URL involved.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send notices
Send takedown notices to our designated agent via the Contact page, with the subject line "DMCA Notice."
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed or access disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similarly detailed information. We'll review it and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Repeat infringers
Since FlowPlay doesn't require accounts, "repeat infringer" enforcement is handled at the request/IP level where appropriate, consistent with applicable law.
